20/30 Enterprise, a Two Building 260,000 sf Office Campus
The 20 and 30 Enterprise office buildings are 120,000 and 140,000 square foot ‘Class A’ four (4) story steel frame office buildings completed in 2009. This fifth phase of the Summit Office Campus was LEED CS Silver certified in 2010 and was the 8th Silver LEED CS office (private) certified project in California. 20/30 Enterprise are currently 98% leased to some of Orange County’s best new corporations. Much of the project’s leasing success during a difficult economic period can be attributed to the strategic and amenity rich location of Aliso Viejo, and the appeal of the neighboring Renaissance Club Sport. The projects share the six level (long span) parking structure. The balance of the vacant space in the project is being marketed to restaurants and gastro-pubs.
The 20/30 Enterprise project attracted five key major office tenants, Marvell, Avanir and Telogis have doubled their original leased space.
